No. It happens when I try Install TeamSpeak 3 also. So i believe it's problem near creating a directory in %appdata% roaming.
Yes, I see this very offset fourth dimension, and i'k unknown with this trouble.

There is no any antivirus or utility installed. So in that location is nix to disable, except firewall, but did that to. Of course, I install it from Original torrent web.

Suggest you to try setting upward new User Profile to see if same thing happens there.Sometimes problem with the User Profile causes this kind of beliefs. Refer the article Prepare accounts on Windows ten . One time you fix another User Profile, check and run into if everything works fine there. Uhm.. My Windows 10 it's not activated , so it won't permit me change..
